Interviewing propective aides (HHA & CNA’s).On call duties 2X a week and every 3rd weekend. Daily communication via phone/email to some clients and/or aides. Home visits to clients. Scheduling. Office paperwork & documentation. Accomplishes clients’ care by assessing needs; ongoing development, monitoring, careplans and progress; monitoring staff performance.
