We’re excited to share that we are introducing a new operating model powered by AlayaCare to strengthen the way we deliver and coordinate services.
This enhancement is designed to improve:
- communication and responsiveness
- scheduling efficiency
- service coordination
- documentation and reporting accuracy between agency, aide, family: the client’s care team as a whole
Most importantly, your current services and points of contact will remain unchanged. Our goal is to make your experience smoother, more transparent, and more efficient.
We plan on having the new system in place by the beginning of JULY. Our team will support you throughout the transition and answer any questions you may have at that time.
Both client & aide will have the ability to communicate through a specialized app, but you can also see, review, receive, and enter information via the web or app.
