Erica Tomasello, CEO
Erica serves as our Executive Director and Owner. She oversees the non-medical assessments of clients, originating service plans, and supervises the office care team.She also is an imperative part of the recruiting, training, and managing of the agency and its staff.
Prior to Care Resolutions, Erica served in a variety of roles during a 13 year career in Special Education with an advanced masters degree in Clinical Psychology from American International College. She has extensive experience working directly with older adults and their families and helping to maintain safety and integrity while aging in place in their own home environments. Erica is inspired every day by her clients and their amazing legacy as well as making a difference in people’s lives. Erica’s focus on family centered care emphasizes the assurance that she wants care team members to also share that compassion, motivation and empathy for helping others.
Micaela Fox, HR manager
Micaela is responsible for all HR matters. She is organized and a dedicated team member. Micaela enjoys traveling on her free time. Before coming to Care Resolutions, Micaela graduated with a degree in paralegal Studies from Massachusetts Bay Community College. Micaela also worked in the retail management sector. This allowed her to hone her skills in organization and complex customer issues and she provided support as a retail associate. She has transitioned those skills to successfully manage the HR department. Micaela is also an on call emergency staff team member and navigates after hours emergencies skillfully and efficiently.
Jaime Day, Case Manager Assistant
Jaime comes from a rich background in both science and song. After a successful first career as a scientist, she took time away from the workforce to focus on being a stay-at-home mom. When she returned, she knew she wanted to be in a role that would allow her to directly help and uplift her community.
Her intelligence, organization, and strong attention to detail make her an incredible asset to Care Resolutions. Jaime brings thoughtful, precise care to every client she supports.
In addition to her professional strengths, Jaime is also a magnificent singer. She is the proud mother of two boys, and her warmth and dedication shine in everything she does.
Eric, Payroll Specialist
Eric serves as the Payroll Specialist at Care Resolutions Inc., where he manages timesheets and payroll with care and precision.
Now based in Massachusetts, Eric originally called Texas home-bringing his southern roots and work ethic with him to support the team every day. He has a deep appreciation for all genres of music and finds great joy in spending time with his family. In his free time, Eric is also dedicated to studying Theology and is actively working toward a degree in the field.
Known for his ever-present smile and the genuine warmth in his voice, Eric brings positivity and enthusiasm to those around him every day.
Rachel Bond, Office Assistant
