As you may be aware, Care Resolutions Inc. also has in practice a home visit to every client at a minimum of every 3 months. This is to ensure an updated care plan is in place, a visual inspection of the home, and also supervision of our aide. It also helps to develop relationships between the client, aide, and case manager.
