Despite the “April showers” starting early, there are great ways to soak up the fresh air:
Wildlife Watching: Visit the Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary or Broadmoor in Natick. Late March is a wonderful time to spot returning spring birds.
Historic Strolls: Take a walk through Minute Man National Historical Park in Concord. The trails wind through forests and wetlands that are just beginning to bud.
Mindful Movement: Try a Forest Mindfulness Walk at the Boston Nature Center. Reset your spirit!
🍎 Staying Healthy & Whole
To keep your energy high while caring for others, remember to care for yourself:
• Protect Your Energy: With the increased daylight, aim for 7–9 hours of sleep. Your rest is a prerequisite for your excellence.
• Allergy Readiness: Pollen counts will begin to rise with the rain and budding trees. Consider showering immediately after outdoor activities to remove allergens from your skin and hair.
