Care Resolutions staff have had a busy week since Independence Day. We have nominated 2 more employees for EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: the dedicated staff members are Ilma Mastrokoukou and Marie Jaque.
Ilma has been with the agency fro many years and constantly helps out when an aide calls out of their shift and we need a qualified aide to go to a clients home for the first time in a pinch. She also has developed lasting bonds with all the clients she has worked for. Ilma has been a fabulous employee and one we can rely upon.
Our other aide, Marie Jaques has dedicated her time to effectively training other aides to new clients and shown the agency dedication with her compassion and skills as a home health aide. She has also been with the agency for many years. marie is skilled at workig with dual diagnosis and hands on clients.
